All eligible items* must be returned accompanied with the original receipt and tags within 21 days of when you received your item(s). Returns after 21 days, but no later than 90 days, are eligible for a merchandise credit. After 90 days returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
*All clearance items priced under $10 are final sale.
*Swimwear, Intimates and Gift Cards are all final sale and cannot be returned.

Step 2 – Affix the label you printed to the original packaging directly over the original mailing label. Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.
Step 3 – Drop the package off at any FedEx location, drop box, or with a FedEx driver.

What is the return policy?
Boutique Purchases
Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or give you merchandise credit if past 21 days) or exchange your item(s). If you don’t have a receipt, you will be given merchandise credit. If you don’t have your receipt, we will issue you merchandise credit for the lowest price of the item(s) in the prior ninety (90) days. Purchases made in boutiques can only be returned to boutiques at this time.
Orders Placed in Boutique:
Special Orders placed in a boutique can be returned to any of our boutiques. We are unable to accept special order returns by mail.
Online Purchases
In Boutiques: Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or give you merchandise credit if past 21 days) or exchange your item(s). PayPal orders can currently be returned in a boutique for merchandise credit only.
Afterpay Purchases
Afterpay orders can not be returned in boutiques. Visit our online returns portal to begin your return and print a return label here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and refund payment accordingly once your return is received and processed by our warehouse.
By Mail (online orders):
For returns, mail us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method (or email you a merchandise credit if past 21 days). The cost to use our return label is $8, and it will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost that was initially charged to you was the cost of the delivery service from our warehouse to your address and is not refundable. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date it is received at our warehouse.
